Full Reimbursement, with Certain Exclusions:

• Receive 100% reimbursement of the original purchase price of the machine.
• Note that costs like buy fees, payment processing fees, taxes, and reconditioning fees are non-refundable.

Reimbursement Limitations:

• Reimbursement will not exceed 104% of the Wholesale National Average price, determined by the machine’s hours meter reading at the time of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Available to both dealers and individuals within the U.S. who purchase machines located in the U.S. or Canada.

What Machines Qualify for the Return Policy?

For a machine to qualify for our return policy, it must meet the following criteria:

• Sold “As Is”
• Have less than 100,000 hours of usage
• Be sold for more than $1,000
• Carry a gross vehicle weight (GVW) over 1,000 lbs
• Include types like commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, ATVs, agricultural and construction equipment, forklifts, heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks, and trailers

To qualify, the machines must also be free from any structural damage.
